Sexy Tote
Over the long weekend I made this adorable tote bag from a pattern. (Notice the printout of one of Teesha Moore's fabulous quilty books hanging in the back ground. I like my cubicle to be festive.)

The inside has sparkly brown fabric. I totally dig the fabrics with the built-in sparkles: little cirlcles of reflective mylar sprinkled all through the print. The only hitch I can find is that the sparkles can stick to my ironing board if I press the fabric with a hot iron for too long.

This is our fabulous teacher Shannon R.
She is very talented, a complete joy to watch. She's also very open, welcoming, patient, and fun! She took a clutz like me and made me feel graceful. Thank you, Shannon.
