I'm Walkin', Yes, Indeed

Whew, what a sweaty, pink person I am at this moment. I've been taking a lunchtime walk every day that I can possibly get out of the lab for 20 minutes. Today it's sunny and beautiful outside, hence I'm soaked. I am a talented sweater. Come smell my friendly shirt.

Morning Pages

I've been trying to do morning pages for, I don't know, 2 months now. I've done it exactly ZERO times. In fact, having the goal of doing morning pages has put a huge crimp in my journaling efforts...or, I should say my journaling relaxation...as well.
I put the task in my Ipac, and have felt pressed ever since. It gets deleted today.

On a whim, I have decided to blog. I don't like writing by hand so much in my journals. I tend to be a visual journaler who adds cryptic word clues to her art. Sometimes cryptic even to me.
Ever look back over your work and think, "Whoa, who/where/why/what was I when I did this? This blows me away!"

I'll try typing for awhile instead of morning pages. It's not chat. That would be a bad thing for me and my marriage. Been there, done that, got the counseling.
